Bouncing Forward

Enterprise · For Organizations

Your team is carrying more than you can see.

Every organization runs on people — and setbacks reach every one of them. Restructures. Losses. Disappointments. Change nobody chose. Most workplaces have no language for those seasons, so people carry them alone. Bouncing Forward gives your organization both the language and the practice — an honest, practical framework your people walk, not just hear.

The Cost No One Budgets For

It shows up where you can least afford it.

Engagement

Effort quietly drops while attendance stays perfect.

Retention

Good people leave, often without ever saying why.

Withdrawal

The quiet stepping-back of your most reliable people.

None of these show up in a dashboard until it is too late to act.

Not a motivational talk.

Created by Maher Kaddoura and grounded in his own experience of rebuilding after profound loss, Bouncing Forward is a framework your people walk, not just hear.

It is not

  • A motivational talk.
  • A place where people are told to stay positive.
  • A promise of more than a workshop can deliver.

It is

Honest and practical. Accept where things stand, draw on what you have already survived, name a believable way forward, and take one small step that holds even when plans change. Practiced in the room, not presented from the front.

One Framework, Four Depths

Choose the depth your organization needs.

Same framework. Same storyline. Four depths of delivery — designed as a ladder, not a menu of one-offs. Start light, see how your people respond, and scale from there.

01 · The First Step

The 60-Minute Webinar

For large audiences meeting the work for the first time.

  • One 60-minute online session · groups of 20–80
  • Every stage of the path touched once, live in the room
  • Outcome: awareness and shared language — and one honest look at where each person stands
  • Take-home: a single-page worksheet — the honest first question, and one chosen step

The trade: reach. First exposure, shared language, and proof that a path exists.

02 · The Stepping Stone

The 90-Minute Workshop

For lunch-and-learns, conference slots and community tasters.

  • One 90-minute on-site session
  • The full path walked once, out loud
  • Outcome: the system used once — every participant leaves with a real, self-chosen step
  • Take-home: participant workbook with a self-reflection section

The trade: proof. The path is used, not just heard.

03 · The Walk

The Half-Day Workshop

For team offsites, wellness days and retreat mornings.

  • Four hours, including breaks
  • Paired interviews, practical drills and commitments — practiced in the room, not presented from the front
  • Outcome: skills practice — teams rehearse every move together
  • Take-home: participant workbook — Chapter 1 completed in the room, Chapter 2 continued at home

The trade: practice. Every move is made in the room, together.

04 · The Journey

Four Weeks × 90 Minutes

For embedded programs, closed groups and sustained culture change.

  • Four weekly 90-minute sessions, with spoken practice between them
  • Weekly check-ins and bridge practices carry the work between sessions
  • Outcome: embedded behavior change — habits, peer support and measurable progress
  • Take-home: four weekly workbooks, each with a Personal Journey section

The trade: depth. Habits settle in the weeks between sessions.

Inside Every Format

One storyline: start with the Path. Reveal the Compass.

Whether your organization chooses 60 minutes or four weeks, the same honest storyline runs underneath. It starts from where things truly stand — and moves forward from there.

The Path is what you do: Accept, Reflect, Imagine, Act. The Compass is what you draw on: Resilience, Support, Optimism, Adaptability. It is never taught — it is revealed. We won’t spoil how.

Participants leave with one recognition: “you walked in carrying this.”

Built for Your Room

What this asks of you: a room, and your people.

Every format is delivered on-site by a trained facilitator, with all workbooks, wall cards and session materials supplied. Pair, trio and whole-room work throughout — suited to intact teams or mixed groups. In-room exercises are short and quick; the deeper self-reflection is taken home to continue the journey. Many organizations begin with the free webinar or a single Stepping Stone session, see how their people respond, and scale from there.

We’ll help you choose the right depth — honestly.

Tell us about your team and what they are carrying, and we will recommend a starting point — including telling you if the lighter option is the better fit.
